In January 2020, we’ve introduced an industry best, 5-year warranty on the stunning IgniteXLTM series fireplace. The new warranty covers parts and in-home service, so you don’t need to worry about removing the fireplace and sending it in – we’ll send someone to your site. For retail and hospitality installations this means minimal interruption which is so important to your clients’ business. This extended warranty covers purchases back to June 1, 2019 (with a valid receipt).
